I was trained in “Heart of Yoga”, a totally breath led practice that focusses on personal experience - regardless of age, ability, health, fitness, size.
If you can breathe, you can do Yoga.
It is my passion to make Yoga accessible for all. Your practice is personal, and my aim is to hold space for you to explore that.
Face to face sessions in the comfort of your own home or garden.
One to one sessions also work well over Zoom - take advantage of a reduced price and contact me to arrange.
